I will always be grateful to have been lucky enough to have Stephon by my side during my wedding planning process! My husband and I and my whole family LOVE her! She and her assistant Shakira were the BEST. At one point, Shakira was using a program to fan me before the ceremony, while Stephon was taking care of seating! Stephon coordinated my wedding weekend from taking care of the rehearsal, to suggesting a kids table at the reception - it's obvious that Stephon has done A LOT of weddings and really knows her stuff. Besides being organized and professional, she is cheerful, thoughtful, and kind. I couldn't have done it without her! My ONLY tiny detail that could have been slightly better, was that people got cued too early during the processional music, leaving us waiting at the end of the aisle while the songs finished up. But I would hire Stephon again ANY day of the week, and definitely recommend her to anyone! I hope her business prospers for many years to come!

My event coordinator came through on the day of my wedding. I did not need much help in planning because I did all of the planning myself with the exception of getting a bakery for our cake I pretty much had everything done. I hired her for the day of and she came through with flying colors taking care of all of the glitches as I only noticed. Well done!

I could not have made it thru the entire wedding process without Stephon's help. I'm a pretty laid back person which often leads to serious procrastination on my part. Stephon kept me on task and thanks to her my wedding turned out beautifully and went off without a hitch! She's helpful, professional and very creative. She's also one heck of a bargain shopper! I'm sure many brides are feeling the pain in thier pocketbooks that wedding costs often bring. With Stephon's helpI was able to have a wedding for 175 people at a cost of $8500! Truly Amazing! She helped to avert several disasters including an almost ruined wedding dress. Thanks to her I had the wedding of my dreams in the dress of my dreams. My husband and I couldn't have been happier! Working with Stephon was a great experience. She really helped make the day of our wedding stress-free for me and my husband and our families. I was searching for a wedding coordinator to help plan the day of events and to have someone in charge so our families could relax and enjoy the day. During my consultation with Stephon I knew she was the right person. Her etiquette was very professional and she worked with us to bring out the vision that we wanted for our wedding day. She was very reliable and never defensive about all the changes we made along the way. On top of all that, she has a great decorative eye. There were times when we weren’t so sure on how we wanted things to look. Stephon stepped in with her professional experience and the end result was fabulous. She worked well with our budget to help us create a beautiful experience that we could afford. I would definitely recommend Your Event Specialist to any bride who is planning a wedding.

My new husband & I had an excellent experience working with Stephon Peterson in planning our big day. At first I thought I'd be able to handle the beginning to end process without any help. I had second thoughts & decided to meet with Stephon to see what guidance & expertise she could provide. I'm glad I did hire her. She was able to do her job while all the while keeping in mind my personality of not being the most aggressive & talkative person. There were so many steps to planning a wedding that I wasn't aware of & obstacles that came up, that I truly could not have had the wedding I truly wanted had I tried to plan the day on my own. There was a minor snafu that came up with my photographer on my wedding day, which was of no fault of Stephon's. Stephon remained professional & was able to adjust to this issue & allowed my wedding day to move forward & turn out to be as close to a perfect day as it could have been. I would definitely work with her again & definitely recommend her services.

At first we were kind of skeptical because we didnt know what she was capable of doing. After our FREE one hour consultation we were completley convinced that Mrs. Peterson was the event planner for us. She was very flexible and her prices were outstanding. We were really pleased with her creative thoughts and I have now recommended her to a few ohter people. One of those people is my sister-in-law!!

I used Decorate w/reasonable rates to help me with decorating and setting up my wedding. I chose to use a decorator so that my family would be able to spend the day of the wedding with me, and not setting up the venue site. I met with Stephon on several occasions to go over what I wanted and what was expected of her. For the most part I was very happy with Stephon. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. My only contention with Stephon's service was that she left some of our decorations in the fridge (water bottles, favors and my mother-in-law made candy roses as a centerpiece for the placecard table) that didn't make it out until our caterer noticed they were in the fridge!

I was referred to Stephon Peterson of Decorate w/Reasonable Rates through a mutual friend. I was told that Stephon was great with organizing and hosting events and that her prices were quite reasonable. I decided to hire her for my wedding because I knew I wouldnÂ’t have the time to plan it myself. Stephon went above and beyond for my wedding; I never would have imagined my day would turn out so beautiful. Her choices were perfect; she added elegance without us having to go broke. I came to Mrs. Stephon Peterson in the middle of my wedding planning and needed someone with her expertise to help us along the way. She was very professional and detailed oriented which made things a lot easier for me. She was able to find the best vendors in town at a very reasonable price. She was there to help me with every decision along the way. Who knew trying to find a DJ or limousine service would be such a hard decision but with her expertise it became so much easier. Her creative talent helped me turn The Regal Beagle into something more than I could have ever created on my own. Any bride that gets the pleasure of working with you will get so much more than they could have ever imagined. Thank you for making our wedding such a beautiful memory for us!
