Unforgettable Events

Roxanne is a very nice person, however not very organized. She came to meetings to discuss our wedding with none of the paperwork/information for the wedding. She got our save the dates made and there was an error in the spelling, after we waited over a month to have them created. After mentioning that we'd meet every month to discuss wedding details, I did not hear from her for over 4 months. It would take her weeks to return my emails. I was not impressed with her help after the reception was over, as she had no idea what items were mine and what came from the florist. She simply piled things up at the end of the night and my husband had to sort through everything and load the cars. She did give us an excellent recommendation for a photographer. I'd recommend saving your money and not using a wedding planner!

Roxanne offered her services to me at no charge, as I had won a contest at a wedding expo. Her decorating services at the reception were 100% worth it. She did a great job and leaving that aspect of our wedding in her hands was a true time and lifesaver. She decorated exactly as I would have done it myself. It was so wonderful for her to come to our home for each of our meetings. She made us feel very important. My only complaint is that she wasn't very assertive at the rehearsal and on our wedding day. Our bridal party and family are very opinionated and weren't listening very well to directions at the rehearsal, so it was very nerve-wracking to me. She was, however, a good moral support in encouraging me that everything was going to be all right.

Roxanne was a DOC for my wedding. She was very helpful in organzing and planning, especially during the month before the wedding. She did all of the decorating for my reception and ceremony and really made my vision come to life. She was absolutely worth the money we spent and I would recommend anyone to hire a DOC, and anyone in the area to hire Roxanne in particular.
