I LOVED MY DRESS!! Everyone at the shop was so nice to work with and I really had a great experience looking for my wedding dress here. It was a little bit of a hike for me to get to, but SO worth it.

If I bought my dress on service alone, this would not have been where I got my dress from. I had been in conversation with the shop for weeks before the appointment with one specific dress that they carried in mind. They never asked me what size I was and when I came in that day the dress was only carried in a 2, which I couldn't have tried on. With that said, I bought my dress off of the rack at a large discount and it was lovely. We ordered and paid for the veil on the same day and really got the brush off here. They never called to say it came in and anytime we called we would get passed around and never really answered. Finally about a week before my first fitting they got it in, but it really kept you tied to using their person for alterations. Not super happy about that. The alterations were okay, but I would've been much happier using the woman who had done all of my bridesmaids dresses before. She would've been more affordable and listened to my concerns with the dress.

The ladies at The Bridal Emporium were so helpful and friendly. I felt like I was visiting family when I would go into the shop and they always remembered me and what dress I had ordered. They have many lovely wedding gowns to choose from. The seamstress was also so nice and helpful and my dress at the final fitting was stunning, exactly what I wanted.

They were helpful and positive and great to work with! They helped me find the gown of my dreams!!

I found the perfect dress and the ladies there to help me were very professional and friendly. My firs fitting I did have to wait over 45 min for the seamstress, but when she did the fitting, there was no issues. For the second fitting, the dress did not fit good at all, but the same seamstress was very patient and listened to everything I wated to chage and the dress was perfect the next time I tried it on. I would go there again for any nice dress I need, the cost of the dress for what I got was fantastic!

54 days before my wedding, I had a meltdown and decided I never really LOVED my wedding dress. Mary Ann opened the shop on a Monday for my mom and I in order to make sure I was completely satisfied with my gown. Between sobs and apologies, I managed to hear Mary Ann say that it was no trouble at all, and she needed to make sure I felt beautiful on my wedding day. I have never worked with a group of women who were willing to go so far above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy. If you are looking to work with people that truly care about you as a person rather then if they're going to sell a dress, please make an appointment here! I also had Nancy alter my dress for me when it came in just three weeks before my wedding date, and she made sure it was fitted perfectly on the same date the original dress was going to be finished. Love you all! :-)

Alyssa and MaryAnn are two of the most professional people I have met. My experience with them made my wedding! They offer you more than just a place to get your dream gown. Love them! Mindi was a fabulous consultant! I told her what I was looking for...she found the dress..off the rack...it was my (plus) size and on discount! She was great. The whole staff was great. I found a designer I liked and they carry her line. They ordered in a dress for me try on from the designer. It wasn't THE dress but it was beautiful. Oh, and it wasn't my first choice - they made lots of phone calls and did some wheeling and dealing. Ultimately, they couldn't bring in what I thought I wanted but got something else. In the end, I purchased something they had in stock off the rack and it was amazing! It was perfect. I recommended them to a friend and she is also having an amazing experience there. Thanks so much girls for helping me look and feel like the beautiful bride I wanted to be!

I had a really great experience going on a Friday morning to try on dresses for the first time. Going during the week definitely gave me a more relaxed experience since the shop wasn't as busy. Since I didn't know exactly what I wanted, we took our time to look around and didn't feel pressured to rush or look beyond our price point. I also bought my hair comb and shoes at the store. I do NOT recommend using the seamstress that also works there. Save yourself a headache and find someone else that will listen to your ideas and explain options. It became apparent during a nasty phone call that she's busy enough not to fight for your business.

I went to the Bridal Emporium in search of a Bridesmaid gown. They have a lovely selection of gowns if you are a size 10. Don't bother if you are a plus sized person. I tried to email them asking a question and ne3ver got a response. I still made an appointment because I loved the gowns they carried. When I arrived they showed me where the gowns were. They researched the one gown I really wanted to try on but other then that I was left alone. I am a size 22 and they did not have one gown that I was able to try on. They are able to order a gown up to size 28 but you need to purchase the gown. I was not willing to spend $200+ on a gown that Ihad not tried on.

I had a really wonderful time shopping for a wedding dress at The Bridal Emporium. Alissa made it easy and relatively stress free to pick the perfect dress and shoes. I live out of state, and Alissa mailed the dress to me with plenty of time to spare for alterations.

Getting my bridesmaid dresses at the Bridal Emporium was a wonderful experience. I wanted each of my bridesmaids to be able to choose a different style dress in the same length and color and the the Bridal Emporium had a marvelous selection along with great customer service. My bridesmaids were very busy and not able to come in all at the same time, but the Bridal Emporium made it work out beautifully. When each girl came in, the Bridal Emporium placed all of the dresses of the right length and color (minus the styles that had already been selected by another one of my bridesmaids) in one of their huge dressing rooms, which made the process wonderfully simple. Each of the girls were able to find something that they loved. The only frustations that I had were that the Bridal Emporium's phones were almost always busy when I called, so it was hard to get in touch with them and the dresses came in a little later than they predicted.

Make Bridal Emporium the first stop in your wedding gown search. They have many gorgeous dresses in the store; but I ordered my through one of their designer catalogs. Out of the thousands of dresses out there (enough to give you a headache), Alyssa listened to what I wanted and pointed me towards the perfect designer for my style. They rushed me my exact dress from a trunk show, just so I could try it on and be sure that it was the one. I went to another bridal shop nearby where they were literally shoving me into dresses that were thousands of dollars over my budget and telling how great I looked, just to make a sale. At the Bridal Emporium, they respect your budget and will find you the dress of your dreams. I spent $1,200 on a dress that looked like it cost $20,000. I also got my bridesmaids dresses there; chic, summery-fresh, and all my girls loved them. Buying my dress through them was fun, stress-free and regret-free. I would pick my dress again in a heartbeat!

The Bridal Emporium was the only store that visited when I was dress shopping. Maybe it was just good luck, but I couldn't have asked for more. We were having a small, intimate wedding and I wanted something simple, elegant and affordable. Alissa helped me find a dress that met all of my needs. I didn't spend a ton of money, but to these ladies that didn't matter, I wasn't just another sale. They provided me the same service and attention that the bride spending $5000 would have received. On the day of my wedding I felt absolutely beautiful and I owe a large part of that to these ladies and the service they provided me. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
