Tents & Events

We had rented a tent, tables and Chairs from them. The people on the phone did not explain things very well. When you rent a tent make sure to ask if it comes with sides. Ours did not, and they did not tell us that until we called in. Set up went fine. They set up at the time we wanted. When it was time tear down I called to see when they were coming and they pushed it back a day. So the next day I called again to see what time and they wanted to push it back another day. It was blocking a garage so I told them they had to come and pick it up. I would probably use them again. Just hopefully not soon.

Tents & Events was really easy to work with, and everyone I spoke with was very helpful. I thought their selections were a bit limited, and I actually ended up making many of my own linens because I wanted something a little more interesting. I think there might have been a few little mix-ups, but nothing that I (the bride) needed to be alerted to or worried about. Also, they were very willing to update our order on the fly, and brought more chairs and a stage at the last minute.Our caterer, Events Etc, managed most of the rentals with Tents & Events, which was very nice. They have a very good working relationship, from which I definitely benefited.

The tent we rented was a really good piece of equipment.It was set up and used for our reception.The delivery people did a great job making sure everything was in working condition and when they returned to pick everything up they where quick and kind.

I really liked the equipment Tents & Events provided for us.They really did a good job setting it up and also providing some of the light for our night time party.The process was certainly easier than I thought it would be and I got them to deliver it right on the day we needed it.

Great facilityEverything was extremely organized and communication was always number one on their list. The day of pick-up, the employees had everything ready to go and helped me load everything into my car. Definately would recommend Tents & Events for service and price!

We rented some large lattice stands from Tents & Events to decorate the reception hall. The stands were delivered in a timely manner (despite pouring rain) so we could decorate with them. The people at Tents & Events were very easy to work with and flexible--I think I changed my order shortly before the wedding and they were very accommodating. The lattice stands themselves could have been a little cleaner; the white was a little shabby, but they served their purpose.
