Specialty Cakes by Bob Miller provided both our wedding cake and my bridal shower cake. Both were moist and delicious, and gorgeous to look at! Our tasting was fabulous, with 4 cupcakes to sample, each having a different flavor cake and different flavor icing. We had them color-match our wedding colors on fondant dots on the cake, and the shades were perfect. The wedding cake was delivered on time and without a hitch. We'll definitely be going back to them for event cakes in the future, if only to sample the 20-some cake flavors they offer!

The new name for this business is Specialty Cakes & Sweets. Our cake was delicious and super moist!! The design was just what we wanted. i was little woried because I changed it about a month before the wedding but they said it was no problem and it wasn't and turned out beautifully. They were about 1 hour late delivering the cake but it was there before the ceremony started and no problems.

Very good cake. We had one layer of raspberry and one layer of chocolate. Everyone loved the cake and commented how good it was. Very reasonable on cost as well. I would recommend Specialty for anyone to use

Speciality Cakes was included with our package at the Park Inn Harrisburg West (Formally Holiday Inn). We choose their special flavor of raspberry and it was the most delicious cake we've ever tasted. The cake was nicely decorated and was so good! We will be going back to get our one year anniversary cake from them and will stop by often just to get cupcakes in our cake flavor! YUM!

We chose Specialty Cakes because it was one of the two places that provided wedding cakes in the package at the reception venue we chose. They were not our first choice, but we heard great things about them. Recently they went under new management, and I am afraid that they may suffer from this. When we met with the women, she was not very professional for our first meeting. She was not as cheerful as most other cake shop owners were, and she didn't seem to share the wedding excitement. Maybe we caught her on a bad day, but still... Also, she did not offer any of her own creative ideas, which worked out ok for us because we drew up a great plan with another cake vendor that we would have loved to use had it been included in the reception venue plan. The day of the wedding, the cake was on time and the guests loved it. I did not think that it looked as nice as it could have. We had buttercream frosting with a scroll design on the outside. The buttercream was not smooth everywhere - I know it's not as picture perfect as fondant, but she told me that buttercream would give a great finish, too. Also, the scroll pattern was not quite what we wanted, but it still looked nice. The flavor of the cake was amazing, however. Everyone enjoyed it. We got chocolate cake with raspberry chamboard filling and buttercream frosting. I do love the taste of the cake! I just wish it had looked more picture perfect and wedding worthy. We paid enough for it!

There is no cake like a Bob's Specialty Cake! We used Bob's for our wedding because every family birthday in our house gets a cake from Bob's! We chose raspberry cake with raspberry icing and it was delectable. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the cake was and especially how great it tasted!

Best cake I ever had in my life!!!

Specialty Cakes came recommended to us by several people. Our cake price was included in our reception package but it is a very affordable baker nonetheless. I sketched my dream wedding cake and they replicated it exactly! Their cake (and icing) both taste fabulous, and I am not usually a fan of cake! Service was great and everything went well from beginning to end.

They did a WONDERFUL job on our wedding cake. I collect cows - so they did a cow design! The cake was STILL moist and tasty - on our one year anniversary!!
