Premier Caterers

They did a great job with my wedding.... it was the only day it snowed and they made it a day i will not forget. Mark did a great job with the decorations and the way they helped me out thru they whole planning process. from the time that i sat down to dicusse what my date was and the taste test down to the day they were right there and no compliants when i changed numbers on them quite a few times. I can not even thank them enough.

Overall Premier did and EXCELLENT job. We were very happy with the food and service. Stephanie was very thorough and nice to work with. The on-site coordinater was very professional with everything and even got us a plate with food to be sure we didn't forget to eat (we had the beef tips and chicken picatta both of which were very good). The bartender did a great job as well. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't much flexibility with a children's menu. We had a buffet dinner and we were not able to have something separate for the children. It ended up working out in the end I guess though because I didn't hear any complaints.

Premier did an amazing job for me on my daughter's outdoor wedding in the backyard of my house. The service and food were excellent! There are so many "what ifs" at this kind of wedding venue. The moment they got to the house, Tony, took over and kicked me out so that I could also be a guest during my daughter's backyard wedding. Not only was everything so delicious, the service was so professional and creative. It was a magical evening!

Premier was amazing. They grilled on location for us, and all our guests complimented the meal afterwards. I am still hearing about how delicious it was! The only reason that I game them a 4.5 in the professionalism category was because they tried to convince my younger brother to let them go swimming before they left the wedding, which was at my parents' house. Overall, they have a great presentation, awesome bartenders (another crowd favorite), and great package options. My parents were thrilled, and so was I!

The food was delicious! Everyone especially loved the crab dip. I was extremely impressed with how easy she was to work with financially. I told her what I wanted to spend and we came up with the best menu possible.

This was an exciting time in our lives and we wanted everything to be perfect. After visiting several caterers in the Camp Hill and Harrisburg area, we found Premier Caterers to have a tremendous selection of entrees/appetizers that wouldn't break the budget and have the flare we wanted at our wedding. We offered our ideas and they were kind enough to guide us with what we were missing and what would give a panache we wanted on our day. The staff was exceptional, courteous and attentive. Our friends loved all the new martinis and their bartender was able to make each one to perfection. Our wedding was wonderful thanks to the guidance from Premier Caterers.

I am recently helping my brother on his wedding planning adventure. We used Premier way back in '03. After looking them up again in 2012 it's nice to see the consistancey in the staff and the new trending wedding touches that they have incorporated into their work. The food is timeless and Stephanie's culinary creative do a fantastic job. My brother is a one stop shop kind of guy, like most are, and this helped the future couple concentrate on more serious matters.....like thier honeymoon!
