Rev. Sharon was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She met with us at her home in Camp Hill, PA and we had some time to get to know each other and talk more about our ceremony options. She is great with e-mail and would answer all my questions as I worked on writing our own ceremony using Rev. Sharon's as a guideline. I e-mailed her the copy of the ceremony and we had another meeting to discuss the logistics of the day and what we should add or take out. It was so nice to know that she would be directing our rehearsal - which she somehow managed to do despite everyone wanting to socialize and goof off. At the rehearsal we tried two different options just so we could see how they worked and then chose the right one that worked for the entire bridal party. It was great. On the day of the wedding, she was calm, directed the bridal party (reminded them what needed to get done), and the results looked beautiful. During the ceremony, when I got choked up, she reminded me to just take a deep breath and relax and it really did help. She even wiped away my eyeliner when it ran during the ceremony before we recessed so my pictures wouldn't look terrible - since I forget to wear waterproof eyeliner (silly me!) She was thoughtful, helpful, and just a real pleasure to work with. I'm so glad we hired her to officiate our wedding - she made the ceremony planning easy and non-stressful which is exactly what every bride needs. Thanks for everything, Rev. Sharon - everyone has been raving about how beautiful the ceremony really was! You're amazing!!!!!!

Good option, but I highly recommend paying for her to attend your rehearsal. I communicated my plan for the processional to her (I had a somewhat unique processional order), since I would have to direct the rehearsal on my own. She changed up what I wanted the day of the wedding and started telling everyone to do something else entirely!! Just glad I didn't see it!
