We loved our experience at Mountz. A lot of other jewelers were pushy and tried to rush us through our decisions, but the staff at Mountz was patient and took great care in making sure we found exactly what we wanted. They even had us look through their catalogs of other rings that were not available in the store and borrowed additional rings from the manufacturers for us to look at. By the time we were ready to buy, we knew we were getting exactly what we wanted and weren't left wondering if there was something better out there.

Mountz Jewelers give that combination of professionalism with a small-town touch. The jewelry is very high quality for reasonable prices, and the consultants are great at taking the time with you to find exactly what you are looking for. They are also respectful of budgets and try to help you stay within your price point if you give them one. They can also do in-house engraving of a lot of things, which is really helpful. My engagement ring and our wedding bands are all from Mountz, and we couldn't be happier with our choices. The only caveat here is that sometimes because they spend so much time with each client, you sometimes have to wait a bit when you go in to get service, especially if you come in at busy times of day. It's worth it, though!

Not really sure what happened here...My now Husband purchased my engagement ring at mountz. When it came time for me to pick out my wedding band i wanted one from the same designer but the one that went with my engagement ring was a little to thin and i wanted something a little more substantial. SOO i asked if they could work with the designer to make me a custom ring....you would think they would be ALL OVER a custom ring considering they work off of commission. The first time i went in it was 2 weeks before Christmas so i didn't expect them to figure out my ring right away since it was during a busy season....so i didn't hear from them still 1 week after the new year, so i called my consultant. She played it off like the designer didn't get back to her, and she would call me back. She did about an hour later telling me they were working on it and i would hear back in a week with the design. I heard nothing...i called one more time and left a message with another consultant...i heard NOTHING. at this point i was 4 months away from my wedding and needed to know what was going on...so i went to another jewelry store, and good thing, because i found exactly what i wanted no custom order needed. But seriously!!

I bought my husband-to-be's wedding band from Mountz and it took 3 trips. On each visit I was greeted at the door and assisted quickly. They were great in sharing information and made it a pleasant experience. Settled on a Tungsten ring that both my husband and I like very much.

Had a large variety for selection. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Service did not end at purchase they remembered our names and included cleaning and engraving at no additional charge.

We worked with Cheri in the Camp Hill store to design my wedding band. She did an amazing job of guiding us and getting a ring made to fit our price level. The wedding band looks stunning. We actually did most of this from a distance since we live in Richmond, Virginia. We met with her once and after that all communication was done either by phone or email.

It all depends on who you deal with at Mountz - most of the people are great

We went to the Moutz Jewelers in Carlisle. They helped my fiance pick a lovely band to re-set a family heirloom diamond, and helped us pick wedding bands to match. They even special ordered my wedding band in a narrower size. I would highly recommend Moutz for any wedding or engagement band.

I got my necklace and bracelet that i wore at the wedding here. They are beautiful pieces that i will pass down to my children someday!
