We first started working with Karen and Kay Jewelers when Tyler was looking for my engagement ring. She was able to help him custom design a ring that fit what he was looking for. After that we worked with her to pick out our wedding bands, and she even told us when sales would be coming up so we could get them and stay within our budget. The warranty on each ring is an extra small expense, but when my diamond almost fell out they reset it without charge. Not only did the staff listen to what we wanted, they made us feel like we were family, not random customers off the street. It is always enjoyable to go back for my jewelry inspection when I know it is being taken care of by professionals.

Both my engagement ring and my wedding band came from Kay's, in the Capital City Mall, Camp Hill. They allowed us to put the set on 'layaway' back in feb when it was on sale, and then gradually pay it off. I have been having a little bit of trouble with getting them sized, and the band is still too big, but I think the problem is more my finger than them. Pretty good experience. I hope to get more jewelry from kay's in the future!

We bought our wedding rings from the Kays in Harrisburg at the Paxton Street Mall. The service was great - very helpful and pleasant. I was a little disappointed in the length of time it took them to get our rings in, but we had gone in plenty of time so it wasn't an issue. Just don't go in a few weeks before, that's risky! The prices were pretty reasonable, and we were given the internet sale price that we had seen, so we were pleased with the value.

My husband has bought every piece of jewlery he has given me, from the store manager, Sean Spencer. Over the last 3 years we have done all of our business with Sean. He was located at the the store here in our town but we now drive 15 miles down the road, just to continue our business with him!! Sean is always fun to talk with. He knows my style and doesn't even bother to show me items he knows I wouldn't like. That is unless, it's just for a laugh. He has helped with all of our sizing and engravings. He also helps to keep the hubby on budget. Overall his entire staff does a great job. They check everything twice.
