Finally, my life the way I remember it! Have you ever seen pictures from a big event and felt like the images were there but the essence wasn't? Jeff has an uncanny ability to capture both. We just got our wedding pictures back, and they had SOUL. Working with Jeff was the easiest, most fun and casual experience... he is unobtrusive but alert, guides you without being bossy, and has the personality to bring out your REAL smile, not the fake ones we all flash when there's a camera lens pointed our way. I'm so happy that I chose Jeff to photograph my Febuary wedding! He was flexible, responsive, creative, and the pictures are gorgeous. As soon as I got my photos my family and I spent hours looking through them, trying to pick out our favorites. We could not be happier. If there is one element of your wedding you cannot settle for, it has to be the photos. Make sure you get the best!

I didn't just find a photographer for my wedding; I found a photographer for life. He captured the essence of my wedding down to every tiny detail. Every time I look at my pictures I am overwhelmed with emotions and memories he captured. I can't wait until the next big event in our lives so that we can have him work his magic again!

I got married in Selinsgrove, PA. It's a pretty small town and although I lived in nearby Lewisburg for 5 years, I can't say I exactly knew the "hot spots" for wedding photos to be taken. On top of that, I was planning the wedding from Boston and really didn't have the time (or eye) to go around finding said hot spots. Enter Jeff. He did his research, spent hours driving around this small town the morning of the wedding peaking between trees and driving down backroads. The result of his search, as well as his shear talent, is stunning shots of my bridal party backlit on an abandoned train track, my husband & I slow-dancing on a vast, empty bridge, and a bride & groom drinking beers in front of a brewery (where we had our first date). Not bad for getting to know a couple and a town in one day. Being a good photographer is one thing, but an exceptional photographer goes further than clicking the camera at whatever happens to be in front of him. On a day that goes by so fast and that is made up of so many details, you need a photographer who can keep up with it all and focus in on the little things in your wedding that are most important to YOU. Jeff gets that. Trust me--all you have to do is show up and smile.

Jeff Benzon far surpassed all our expectations. We wanted to find a style of photography that fit us… more photojournalism than posed, awkward shots. We never wanted to see someone else’s wedding photos and wished we had a photographer like theirs. After reviewing Jeff’s website, it was clear that would not be an issue. Neither my husband or I were excited about being in front of the camera, but we knew this is a time we wanted to capture. Jeff made the engagement shoot very comfortable and easy and the shots were amazing! It was one less pressure for the wedding day, cause we knew the photo session would be fun, easy and provide spectacular memories. Jeff is responsive, professional, real, and absolutely loves what he does. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff, and will recommend him to any and everyone who will listen!!

Jeff is by far the best photographer I have ever worked with. He is extrememly professional, punctual, and talented! He made us feel very comfortable and at ease in both our enagagement and wedding photos. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an awesome wedding photographer!! PS. He is especially good at making people laugh and smile in case you have any wedding party members who are stubborn and hate to smile :-)

Jeff was our photographer for our wedding in Grantville, PA on July 16, 2011: Quality of Service: After checking out many of the most highly recommended photographers in the Harrisburg area, we were thrilled to come across Jeff. Just looking at his website told us that his style was exactly what we wanted. The quality of his work was above and beyond any photos we had ever seen. Responsiveness: It never took Jeff more than 24 hours to respond to any of our emails throughout the 12+ months we spent preparing for our wedding. He was very easy to communicate with, which made the entire planning process much less stressful. Professionalism: Jeff certainly takes himself and his work seriously, but he still knows how to be personable and down-to-earth. He knows how to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera, which makes for much better photos in the end. He has the talent to be a photographer, but his personality and professionalism allow him to be a successful wedding vendor. Value: Jeff's prices were very competitive for the Harrisburg area. After seeing the final product (both engagement and wedding pictures), his services are worth every penny. Flexibility: To make a long story short, we changed our minds several times regarding various aspects of our wedding that directly affected Jeff's role. Each time we consulted with him about it, he told us to do what we want most and let him work with it. He was very easy-going with every change that we made, and he definitely made everything work! We were blown away by our engagement photos! Jeff did such an amazing job of capturing unique moments that show our personalities, our love and how much fun we have together! We were very pleased with Jeffs service. Our photos turned out GREAT and we had so much fun getting them taken. Jeff is very creative and had great ideas to capture the perfect photo. He was full of energy and never stopped moving! At one point he even layed in the dirt to get a great photo of us. Now that is dedication! We never saw Jeff take a break, he really was able to capture the energy of the room at the reception. His prices are reasonable and The photo hosting website the pics are posted on is easy to navigate and made sharing our pictures simple! Also, Jeff is always available to answer any questions. Jeff did an amazing job for us on our wedding day. He took every picture we had asked for and then some. You rarely saw his standing there because he was constantly moving to get the perfect angle and make sure he doesn't miss an opportunity. I knew when the night was over that he did a wonderful job. I was never looking for him to ask him to take a certain picture, he was just there. And then after he took the picture, he was gone in a flash to take another. We decided not to take a lot of posed pictures because we wanted to have pictures of our guests enjoying themselves. He took so many pictures of our reception of our family and friends dancing and enjoying themselves, when I looked at the pictures it was like I was there again. I relived our entire wedding day through his pictures. He was very easy to work with and I was able to be myself. He has a way of making you feel comfortable, like you have known him your entire life. For brides especially this is important so can be your true self on you wedding day and take awesome pictures. There are people who have to work at being great at what they do; but for Jeff he just has a gift. To say he has raw talent is not the right word. When you look at his work, you can see that he loves what he does by the perfection in each picture.

Jeff did a great job with our engagement photos. He was quick to respond to me when I was looking for a photographer. ( he took 24 hours to respond and other photographers took 4 days to respond) when I compared his prices he was one of the lowest. He was so nice and friendly that at the end of our photo session I was so comfortable around him, he never made us feel that we did not know what we were doing while posing. he was very quick to get my photos back to me and even dropped off my prints at my house since i needed them quickly. I would not choose any other photographer, he will be doing our rehearsal dinner photos and wedding photos in October.

The Best Experience I Have Ever Had with ANY Vendor! My husband and I were looking for someone to capture out unique since of humor also someone who could tell a story with the pictures, since we weren't going to hire a videographer. We asked for the rights to all our pictures not only did Jeff make it happen by customizing a package just for us, he was very flexible with my crazy ideas, he had a few crazy ideas of his own! I wanted Engagement Pictures, Jeff did it! I wanted to take pictures of us holding table numbers for the reception, Jeff did it! Then we came home from our honeymoon with a "souvenir" and we just did Maternity Photos! We are really looking forward to a Family/Baby Photo session too! Yes, you can say that Jeff is an all around photographer and has grown to be the ONLY ONE I'd suggest to hire for your wedding/personal photo needs. He'll do what you want not what he wants! Seriously the Best Experience Ever!

Absolutely phenomenal! A friend recommended Jeff and after looking through his website, I knew he would be perfect. I love the way he catches colors and lights, as well as amazing moments. I definitely recommend that you go with Jeff! The prices are pretty great, too! He's a very nice and relaxed guy, very easy to work with. This is very important when it comes to all the stresses of getting a wedding organized.
