Although our cake did not look like we had expected it to, the quality of the cake was phenomenal! We were far more concerned about the taste than the appearance, so we were delighted and so were our guests. Gretchen was extremely pleasant to work with and was more than happy to do everything she could to accommodate our requests. She runs a family business and all of her children help out.
