Hess Tent Rental

Hess Tent Rental was awesome! Mike was extremely helpful and super flexible with all of our rental needs. He was very easy to work with and willing to make major changes up to a few days before the wedding when we completely changed the layout for the tent and tables/chairs. Mike was very prompt at returning phone calls and messages even when he was out of the office (to include the night before the wedding when he even called the tent manufacturer regarding the impending snow!). And at the last minute because of the snow, they came down the morning of the wedding to make sure the tent was secure. Hess Tent Rental handled all of the linens and portable restrooms. I will certainly recommend Hess Tent Rental in the future!

I heard about Hess Tent Rental through a friend and am so thankful for the suggestion. Not only were they very thorough in explaining the process and accommodating our needs, but they were super nice people. They were flexible and made it very obvious that what we wanted was important and they could work with us. You wouldn't know they were a small staff because of their level of professionalism. However, you knew they were a small staff because of their personalized and kind service. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends in Lancaster County.

Mike was always quick to answer my emails or phone calls. I had millions of questions, and he answered all of them, 95% within the same day. He worked so well with me the day of my wedding too. I was ALL over the place, and he basically would chase me down whenever he needed me. He was flexible in setting up the dance floor, the tables, the chairs, the tent, everything. He was just wonderful. His staff is also very nice, and they were very helpful. He was by far the best price I found, and trust me I searched! If you need a tent for your wedding, I highly suggest using Mike and his company. I am so pleased I did, everything was beautiful!

They did a good job for our wedding. Everything was there and done as expected and a good price.

We rented a 30'x60' tent with french side curtains and lighting from Hess Tent Rental. Everything was perfect! I e-mailed them with questions at first, and within a few hours they called me. They also met with us right away, which was a few months before our wedding, to see where we wanted the tent placed. We did not have any worries about the tent or lighting, and I would highly recommend Hess Tent Rental to everyone! They were professional, flexible, and we could not be any happier with how neat and clean our tent was for our reception!

Hess Tent Rental replied to all of my emails and calls in a timely manner. The company supplied our tent, tables, and linens. Everything was extremely clean. I was not on site when everything was installed, but my father had nothing but wonderful things to say and could not stop taking about how good the guys were that installed our tent. Hess Tent Rental gives great service at a great price.
