Henderson Limousine Service, Inc.

I was concerned after reading some of the reviews, but they were just fine with the service they provided for our guests. I found them through Limos.com, and booked them to transport some of my guests to our wedding venue because their prices were by far, the lowest out of all the options given. After reading the reviews, I contacted the company to confirm the pickup, but the owner (Evelyn Henderson) advised they did not have our reservation. After mentioning that I booked through Limos.com, she found the reservation. There was some confusion because Limos.com gives the customer and the car company different confirmation codes, which can get confusing. She assured me that they would be there to pick up our guests, provided she "gets the money from Limos.com". She also made a point to tell me that she built the company from the ground up many years ago, and that she was running for office. I did not need to know all that extra information - I just wanted to make sure my guests would get picked up and dropped off on time. They did just that. The owner is definitely a character, but if you are very patient and can deal with unique personalities, you will get what you paid for.

DO NOT HIRE HENDERSON LIMO FOR YOUR WEDDING - I had them booked 7 months before my date at a bridal show, 3 weeks from my wedding date Evelyn Henderson (owner) CANCELLED my reservation because I had a SIMPLE question about my pickup location.... GO WITH UNIQUE - the girls there are so nice and they are SO much more cheaper than Henderson!!!!

We found Henderson Limo to be much cheaper than other limo companies. We had an awesome limo and I was very pleased with it. The driver go lost in Lancaster city which was irritating and we had to give him directions. The driver was ok; he wasnt bad but not the best driver i've ever had. Overall it was OK.

It was difficult selecting a transportation company, but I'm very glad that we chose Henderson Limos. Our driver was very professional and helpful. The limo was clean and well maintained.

The price was right! They were nice and flexible. We dropped off our own champagne to have in the limo! Beautiful stretch white and black held our whole wedding party!

The staff was great. We loved that the lights in the back of the limo changed color.
