I highly recommend Events Etc of The Hershey Pantry for any event! Their service, professionalism, value, and variety of foods are fantastic! I was unhappy with my original caterer, and Colette from Events Etc. helped me plan a meal and set-up of my wedding reception in a few months time. Everything turned out beautifully and I could not be happier with their services! Thank you!!!

Fantastic!
I can't speak highly enough of the services provided by Events Etc. The food was delicious, the staff were very professional and courteous, and Colette, our contact and day-off coordinator, was a total gem. Her guidance was priceless - she helped us plan everything on our tight budget, coordinated all rentals, and took care of everything during the wedding day. We had a few non-traditional elements to our wedding, and every request was fulfilled. I felt she really understood my vision, and was very impressed with the details and extra effort they put forth.
We received an amazing value for the cost--special vegetarian menu requests (they actually made our own recipes), hand-squeezed juices for our custom cocktail menu, pies and a wedding cake and no extra cost--the service was absolutely amazing. I was prepared to pay much more for the extras I requested, but the price was all-inclusive, and extremely reasonable.
I would highly recommend Events Etc, and plan to use them again for future parties at our home in Hershey. Wonderful!

Events Etc. is the catering branch of The Hershey Pantry, so you already know that the food is going to be good before you even set things up. It was wonderful. Two weeks after the wedding, and I still have people commenting to me on how good the food was! They were very flexible & accommodating with the food service, providing a separate entree for the children at the wedding, a few vegetarians, & for me, the bride (I requested a plate of the hors d'ouevres & a salad for my dinner since I knew I would be busy getting photos taken during the cocktail hour).
We worked with Colette, catering manager/coordinator, to set up the event. She was soooo fabulous!!! She gave us lots of advice & support on so many different aspects of the event, from how many personalized napkins to order for the bar to simple ways to cut costs with the table set up, etc. She was such a wealth of knowldege & support in figuring out what we needed to get/have in place for the reception. She also coordinated all of the table, chair, dance floor rentals for the event; even though Events Etc. does not have a rental branch of their business, they work closely with Tents & Events in Annville - Colette did all of this additional rental coordination/ordering for us. The servers/day of catering of staff were very nice and did a great job too!
