Event Central did a fantastic job with our event. When I stopped by EC for a consultation with Scott Schultz, we actually held the meeting back in the warehouse where everything was stored - they had a special space set up with sample wedding settings. I was so impressed with how CLEAN everything was, and that other rental companies actually send their tents to EC to have them cleaned, because they have special machines. Scott took the time to make sure we had everything we needed covered.
After our consultation, Scott very quickly put together a quote and requested to join us on our site visit so he could make sure everything would go well. Unfortunately, he had to deal with a VERY curmudgeony site owner and the space for the tent which was smaller than we had anticipated. Scott rolled with the punches, got right down to problem solving and worked with my wedding coordinator to find a solution. Within a couple days he had an entirely new quote put together to accommodate the changes (and the grouchy site owner).
Scott was very responsive to all of my inquiries and requests throughout the process and everything looked GREAT the day of the wedding. I couldn't have asked for better service from a rental company.

Event Central was amazing. We got all our rentals from them- tents, tables, chairs for ceremony and reception, dance floor, and sound system. The sound system was a late addition, but when we dropped by their office, the young lady at the desk was so nice and helped us choose the right sound system by allowing us to go back into the warehouse so my husband could check each one before we made a decision. They set the tents up at my parents' house two days before the wedding, and were very professional while setting up. Great rental company!

They were great, I wanted to rent circular mirrors for my reception tables, but didn't want to spend the money to buy them. They were much less than I could have rented or purchased anywhere else, and they were great in that I was able to pick them up on Friday and return it on Monday without being charged for all those days, they only charged for one!!! Highly recommend them for any rentals you might need!!!

Overall I was happy. My only complaint is that I could not return your linens on a Sunday which created a problem when we needed to leave for our honeymoon on Sunday after our wedding. However, there did not end up being an extra charge for the late return which was a great surprise.

They were very flexible with my mom constantly thinking of something else we needed that was not on the list. Everybody there was very nice and easy to work with. The only problem we had was that there was a wedding there the day before that also rented from event central and apparently some confusion on what was whose and we ended up with dirty coffee cups, since the clean ones were picked up with the night before's stuff. Other than that, no problems.

Event Central was very efficient in our planning of our wedding. We rented a dance floor from them. They were very prompt in getting back to me and worked with us on all our needs.

Event Central has great quality products for very reasonable prices. They also carry most everything you would need for a wedding - one-stop shopping. The have a great damage waiver plan that is very helpful for those accidental breakages during dinner and such. My only complaint with Event Central was with their communication. My consultant was very responsive when I was getting initial information and setting up my order, but after that, she was VERY slow to respond to my e-mails if she answered them at all. A couple of times I had to call in to get my questions answered because she hadn't answered my e-mail after a week. Also, the contract I signed when I came in to the store was somehow lost, so I had to fill out another one just before the wedding. In the end, though, it all went well; we had no issues at all with the rentals on or after the wedding day itself.
