We loved, loved, loved, the Cork Factory Hotel! The ambiance, facility, accommodations, and staff were fantastic. The food and cake were so delicious, everyone kept talking about how wonderful everything was. Their pastry chief is fantastic with a large selection of flavors and styles. I am over the top with gratitude with the way every aspect of the planning was handled and our needs were always met. The staff were fantastic individuals to work with. I am so happy we chose this venue to have my daughters wedding. I would recommend the Cork Factory Hotel for any event you may need to book.

Beautiful, Amazing, & So Easy to work with! Every single person came up to us and told us how beautiful this location was and how great the hotel was! They are excellent at what they do! The food (heavy Hors d'oeuvre), the cake, the process were all fantastic! We keep hearing that this was the most fun wedding people have ever been to.

I cannot say enough about this venue! When we found it, we were delighted that it had a certain charm (perhaps b/c it's an old cork factory done over to be a very nice hotel in the heart of Lancaster City). Our contact person and day-of coordinator (provided by the hotel) were superb and helped the planning and execution of the big day events go smoothly and hassle free.The food and ambience have been getting rave reviews, but that was no surprise to us as the chef wowed us with some amazing tasting selections (for both entrees and wedding cake options). Cork Factory Hotel is THE place to get married if you're looking for something non-traditional but with a really elegant feel.

Our daughter was married at The Cork Factory Hotel on October 7, 2011 and we highly recommend it. I hesitate to use the word " it ".Our experience was so personal and beautiful because of " them ". The members of the wedding team and staff at The Cork Factory Hotel were amazing. The wedding was booked about 16 months out and we really got to know everyone during those months. There were bumps along the way as with any important event. Weddings produce drama. The most important compliment I can give to this venue is to say they recognized this and strive to reassure and satisfy. They went above and beyond our expectations. Having never planned a wedding we were grateful for the detailed explanations of everything we wanted to know. There were NO surprises. No hidden charges. No not delivering what was promised. In fact everything was quite the opposite. We have personally thanked them and this feedback does not do them justice. We have one child and she got married.. The staff at The Cork Factory Hotel understood my family and made that day magical. They celebrated beside us and every detail was perfect. It was fun, relaxing and will be a treasured memory for our entire family. Food.. fresh, delicious and plenty. The hotel for guests..beautiful and clean. We would book another event there in a heartbeat. There really are no words to express our gratitude and we will miss them all..

The atmosphere and food at the Cork Factory are AMAZING! We had many compliments on how original the venue was and how exceptional the food was.We were looking for particular wines to be served at our wedding and there was a bit of an issue with working that out, but in the end it did. Having the hotel attached to the venue is also a huge plus and the rooms are beautiful!

We had a wonderful time at the Cork Factory Hotel. The staff were very accommodating, and our guests loved the food and atmosphere. We highly recommend this venue!

We had an amazing reception at the Cork Factory! The food was delicious, and the service was amazing - both went above and beyond my expectations! My father had to be rushed to the hospital during my reception, but the staff made sure that he had everything he needed before he left - they even set food aside and warmed it up for him and my uncle when they returned at the end of the reception. The next morning they helped us gather all of our flower arrangements before we checked out.The ballroom was set up beautifully and my guests are still talking about how wonderful our wedding was! Would definitely recommend this venue to my friends!

The Cork Factory Hotel went above and beyond my husband and my expectations for our ceremony and reception. The staff was beyond professional and quick to accommodate any needs that came up. A staff member ran to the store to buy hooks for two of my flower arrangements so that my family or wedding party didn't have to jeopardize time used to get ready without being asked. The food was outstanding and everyone commented about how great their meal was. Tammy made our wedding cake that was gorgeous, fresh and delicious. I would recommend the Cork Factory Hotel to any bride that is looking for a gorgeous venue with a professional staff.

After a bumpy beginning, the Cork Factory came through for a virtually perfect wedding.Our first coordinator was not organized and I came across several mistakes in the planning process. After much frustration, we asked to work with someone else and eventually ended up working with the executive chef (Tammy) and general manager (Grace) along with Lindsey.The three together helped to make our day wonderful and met all of our expectations. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful, and these three ladies worked hard to make our day special.

I can not say enough good things about The Cork Factory Hotel. The service provided by Jamie and Erin was top notch. They truly know how to handle a stressed out and anxious bride. The entire staff was on their game. From the front desk attendant to the head server, Amy, there was not a detail overlooked.We were married at a local church and our reception was held at TCF. The majority of our guests were from out of town and the accessibility of the location from the turnpike and even throughout town was important to us. Being able to have our reception and hotel rooms for our guests in the same location was a must. All the rooms are new and spacious. The Honeymoon Suite was the perfect size for me and my bridal party to get ready in (I had 6 bridesmaids total) and the grounds of the hotel were perfect for the pictures I wanted. Our guests were very impressed with the venue and how smoothly the service was (it was commented on a few time at how the staff was barely even noticed but there when you needed them). Coming from a family of chefs, the food was very important to me. My brothers (one is a head chef at a hospital, one owns a restaurant and the other just likes to eat), along with my father (who was a chef and restaurant owner for many years) all complimented the food. The food was exactly like we had at our tasting and each plate was given attention and care.We enjoyed our experience working with everyone at The Cork Factory and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

I have never been one of those "traditional" brides who dreams of a Large Banquet Hall Wedding. So I was a bit worried when it came to finding that perfect location to have a creative & intimate Wedding.Then I found Cork Factory Hotel!Funny enough, I grew up right around the corner from Cork Factory Hotel (way before it was built). Since then, I moved away to NYC and now Philadelphia. My Father mentioned Cork Factory to me one day and my now Husband and I took a weekend trip to Lancaster to check it out. We both...FELL IN LOVE! No wonder this place is the number one spot in Lancaster PA right now, how could it NOT be?! It has everything any hip, modern, creative, non-traditional and EVEN traditional bride could ever want!Besides it being a beautiful and wonderful location to host a wedding.. the staff is beyond amazing and ON POINT. Take it from a NYC DIVA... they know their stuff. On top of that, the food tastes GOOD! How many of you have had bad wedding food before?! Well this foodie snob was not about to go down that bland wedding food road. A private meal tasting was set up for my Husband and I and we were able to choose exactly what we wanted from their tasty selection. All in all...the biggest thanks has to go to JAMIE the Banquet Manager. She is one of a kind and someone you can really trust and feel "at home" with. Thanks to Jamie and the wonderful Banquet Staff & Cake Baker at Cork Factory Hotel. You all ROCK! ;-)

The staff at the Cork Factory Hotel made our wedding reception a worry-free event that everyone enjoyed! The food was excellent, service was professional and any and all needs were handled without intervention. Nothing but praise and compliments from our guests.

Our wedding day at Cork Factory Hotel far exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were professional, kind and accommodating from start to finish. We first met with Lindsey Howe, the sales manager who showed us the venue for the first time. After our meeting she helped to facilitate booking the venue for our wedding. She was very helpful and patient by helping me look through the available dates left until we found the right one. Our next point of contact was with Jamie Ressler, our amazing banquet manager! We communicated mostly via email in the beginning of the planning process and she was always there to answer any question I had. I even called her one day while out shopping for wedding decorations to ask her opinion on something and she was more than happy to help :) Jamie scheduled an in person meeting to go over wedding day details which was extremely helpful. We went over important details in the meeting that I had not even thought about. As many of you know, or will find out, planning a wedding can be very overwhelming at times and having this meeting calmed me down immensely. I felt very comfortable with the plan we came up with and knew that everything would pan out the way I imagined. The weekend of the wedding, my fiancé, family and I arrived early to set everything up. The staff at cork factory was so accommodating. They let me and my crew of helpers come in and set up the many decorations that I had prepared. We met with the lead server for the night Amy and went over every detail on how the table would be set. The actual wedding day was so flawless, I still can't believe how perfect everything was. Jamie was there the entire time and helped the night to run smoothly. She helped by personally getting me from my room and walking me to the ceremony site when it was my turn to walk down the aisle. She made sure we had everything we needed during dinner and helped keep everything on track during the reception by suggesting good times to go and chat with guests before cutting the cake and throwing the garter/bouquet etc... My husband and I really appreciated how Jamie and the staff at Cork Factory always had a smile on their face and were respectful of our every wish. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a full service wedding location. The venue is breathtaking, you don't have to worry about anything- the staff make sure everything goes off without a hitch. The food is amazing and the drinks are made well!

My husband and I just got married at the Cork Factory Hotel. It went perfectly! We are extremely happy with how things turned out. The whole process was very smooth because of the Cork Factory's professionalism. Several guests commented on the unique-ness of the venue and especially how delicious the food and cake were. Everything exceeded our expectations. Tammy, the executive chef created the cake, and it was breathtaking!!! We are both artists and were very particular about making and setting up our own decorations (although this venue does not need much decorating), the Cork Factory was very accommodating. We really wanted the event to reflect our personalities, and it certainly did.

This was such a beautiful venue to have our wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. All of my guests were from out of town, so having the venue located in such a beautiful hotel was extremely convenient.

I fell in love with this venue the moment I walked through the doors. It is very easy to miss the location but it is well worth a stop. I was NOT impressed with the person they had hired to manage the banquet area. However, they recently hired a wedding coordinator to help brides with the wedding planning process - a definite plus. After discussing my concerns with a different manager, they went above and beyond to ease my fears and make things right. They are also working on streamlining some of the process - they talked about sending out reminders to brides of upcoming payments and tasks they need to complete. We had the ceremony and reception all in one location....we loved the convenience of that! They also have a hotel and a restaurant attached. It's an ideal location for a wedding!!!

Everything from the room, the food, the bar, the accommodations the day of the wedding were nothing less than perfect. The coordinators Chad and Lindsey I worked with did an excellent job preparing for the wedding. I couldn't have had a more special day at a more wonderful place. The dinner we ordered - Lamb Chops and Crab Cakes were out of this world. There was literally no complaints from a single person that attended the reception.

We had a fantastic cermony everyone commented on how intimate everything was. The food was awesome, personnels very friendly and helpful. We also had accomdations for overnight and the rooms were very beautiful and comfortable

The Cork Factory staff and venue was amazing. I really enjoyed working with everyone and appreciated all the time they took to take all our linens, candles, centerpieces, etc and make the room look perfect. I received many compliments from family and friends and am so glad that I chose this location. I would happily suggest anyone else to book this space.

We absolutely loved everything!!! Everyone loved the site and the food. The service staff was amazing and very helpful. They really made our night special and memorable!
