The staff at classic weddings was wonderful! The alterations were great and everything was top notch! I could not be more pleased with my dress which received so many compliments throughout the night. They are very easy going and I did not feel pressured at all while I was there. Going to a private shop is the way to go. Skip going to David's or some of the other chains and come here. Terrible experience. I went here because its where I found I could order my dress with a savings of $50 to $60 dollars from other vendors. I should have gone with my instincts and taken my dress once bought elsewhere to have it altered. She verbally quoted me for weeks on end $167 dollars for alterations every week I went in I asked and got the same quote. (I should have gotten in writting lesson learned) The alterations were finally complete the wednesday before my saturday wedding. I arrived and asked how much I owed and was told $488 dollars OMG. The best part was that the owner whom I had dealt with every visit til then would not even come upfront to deal with my final bill. She finally, after my father and I refused the bill came out to face us. She ended up "generously" knocking off $50 dollars off the total. On top of being unprofessional in store that day and not giving me a courtesy call to say hey alterations are over $100++ dollars from what I quoted she made me feel like crap by saying she had basically made me a new dress. WTH? This was total BS she had merely opened the seams out and did a simple and not well crafted bussel. At the end of the day I should have done business elsewhere. 1.1 rating is kinda generous.

I LOVED that I was able to closely look through the dresses myself. They weren't all in big plastic bags and I was allowed to look-not tell someone what I want & they bring it to me. Alterations were reasonable considering they took off a lot of beading and put it back on after re-sizing.I am very happy with the dress and accessories I received here!

I couldn't be more happy with the service I received at Classic Weddings. From my first appointment to my final fitting the ladies were always so helpful! I live over an hour from the store and the drive to my fittings were so worth it. Everyone complimented how beautiful my dress was!

Everyone at Classic weddings was very professional and nice. Their prices are really reasonable and the quality of the dresses are exceptional. They are very easy to work with and my bridesmaids LOVED their dresses. My wedding gown was beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at reasonable prices. I was very happy with Classic Weddings Bridal Salon. I was looking for a gown with sleeves. This is almost impossible to find now-a-days. Classic Weddings had quite a selection. I bought a beautiful dress at a reasonable price. In addition, I needed significant alterations. Classic Weddings worked with my needs and the distance I needed to travel to get there (1.5 hours away). I would definitely recommend this store to women everywhere.

Classic Weddings did an amazing job on my Wedding Gown and Matron of Honors dress. They were every helpful and made us feel very comfortable with all the alterations. The dresses where done in plenty of time for the wedding. I would definitely use her again for any of my formal dress needs.

My experience at Classic Weddings was great. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered great advice without being pushy.

My wife would give this place 5 stars, but I am the reason they are getting a lower score. When it comes to wedding dress, the place blows any other store out of the water. Prices are amazing, and they were quick to get the bridesmaids dresses custom made and fitted. The tux’s is where the score really drops. I don’t know if this is fair as they send out the orders for the tux’s, but out of the 10 we ordered, every single suit except 1 (luckily it was mine as I was the groom) had something wrong with it. Shoes that looked like someone took sand paper over them, pants that had a huge white stain on the crotch, shirts and jackets that were even remotely close to fitting. Some people had shirts that were made for cufflinks, other people had button sleeves. I’ve read other reviews on their tux rentals, and this seems to be the general consensus. They were extremely helpful in getting the issues resolved immediately, but getting a call from every guy saying something was wrong is not what I wanted to hear 3 days before our wedding. Like I said, this may not be a fair score since they send out the orders for the tuxedos, but I have been in 4 weddings plus my own, and never ran into these issues before. Guys, I’d like to say give them a chance, but I’ve read many reviews with other grooms having the exact same issues I did. Girls, go here. You will find the dress you love for a fraction of the cost of other stores. Quality of service from me - 2 starsQuality of service from my wife - 5 stars

Classic weddings has a great selection of "modest" dresses, which is what I was looking for. I wanted to be able to try dresses on that had sleeves, not that would have to have them added. They had a large selection (and quite a few in larger sizes, which was also appreciated).We did have a difficult time ordering the bridesmaids' dresses, though everything worked out in the end. We planned our wedding in 4 months, so time was short, but they made everything work.I had to go back twice for alterations, which was a bit difficult, but I was glad they didn't rush me out with an ill-fitting dress. I did feel a little bit rushed and pressured on the initial shopping day, but again, everything worked out well in the end.

Pleased with the pearls i bought for my bridesmaid and very pleased with my dress. the only things I didnt like was each time I went back money was added to my total, I was measured and still had to get hemed. But other then that no complaints. Would go back again

By far the best selection of unique wedding dresses in our area. I had looked at several shops, but they had the best selection. Once I found my dress they were very helpful in picking out our bridesmaids dresses. They did their job well, no questions asked!

Since the moment I walked into Classic Weddings, Elizabeth has been so welcoming and helpful!! She is very professional, even when dealing with stressed out brides!! She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I needed to, I even picked one and changed my mind at the last minute, and she helped me to find the perfect one! They can order most dresses with whatever neckline you would want, like a sweetheart or strapless. They take your measurements there and order the dress just for you! I also bought my shoes, earrings, necklace, veil, and headpiece there. They have beautiful jewelry to accompany your wedding dress. They also have a wide selection of mother's and grandmother's dresses, flower girl dresses, and bridesmaid dresses. They have their own seamstress there who will do any alterations you may need, I only needed a little bit of a hem and to make a bussel. They kept everything until right up before the wedding so I would lose anything or get it dirty. They even steamed the dress to get all the wrinkles out. Elizabeth even let me borrow a veil so I could practice up-do's for my hair!! They are a great business and they even have a spot for weddings onsite! I would highly recommend getting your wedding gown from Classic Weddings, it is a much more intimate place than a huge chain store!

great place-so flexible and helpful with alterations...they cared and wanted my dress to fit perfectly.

I felt that the woman here were very pushy and rude to me. They messed up my siter-in-laws dress and I thought that it would not be done in time. She lives three hours away from us and I did not want to make her drive here, but Classic Weddings was not very flexible in getting her dress measurements in a different way. They made all of my girls feel "fat" by making comments about the sizes they needed and how the dresses would need to be "Let out". We just bought the bridesmaid dresses here and then had them altered by a friend. They did have a good selection though. I would not recommend them!

The women at Classic Weddings are phenomenal! They are patient, you can try on as many dresses as you like, as many times as you like without feeling any pressure. At no time did I feel forced into a decision, and I took a VERY long time to decide! I ended up with an amazing dress and a veil that was everything I'd ever dreamed of and more! The alterations were perfect, and I had a lot of fittings to make sure that my dress fit like a dream on my big day. I highly recommend Classic Weddings!

My husband and I decided to get married in April of '06 and planned a July of '06 wedding. It was hectic, and getting the perfect dress was one of my top priorities. They were awesome and assured me they had plenty of time to do the bustling and alterations. I highly reccomend them!
