Bella Manse, artful wedding cakes

Renee was a pleasure to work with designing our wedding cake. She took my ideas and was able to transform them into a beautiful wedding cake. A cake that not only looked good but tasted good! I highly reccomend her red velvet or spice cake, both were a hit at our wedding. Also, she did a great job on a phillies hat grooms cake, which my husband loved! Would definitly order another cake from her!

I didn't think I would be able to find a baker who could deliver a great cake and have it look great too. Thank God for Renee. She was our first and only appointment for wedding cake because as soon as we tasted her cake we were sold. Then came the day of the wedding and the cake looked absolutely perfect, exactly what I had hoped for. Renee is also such a sweet, open, responsive person. She returned all my calls and e-mails and always accommodated our requests. We got compliments from EVERYONE about how great the cake tasted. I literally have never had better wedding cake and I'm so grateful that I can say that about MY wedding cake! Professional but also a really great person, you can trust that Renee will take care of business.

Bella Manse did a wonderful job with our wedding cake! Not only were the flavors excellent, the design was exceptional. Our guests raved about how wonderful the cake looked and tasted all night. I went to Renee with only a vague idea of what I wanted: fresh flowers and a nice design. She showed me some previous designs she had used in the past, I chose one, and she worked her magic! Bella Manse's cakes are the best around! Renee is super creative and able to work with whatever you give her to come up with a great design...not to mention her cakes TASTE delicious as well!

I do not have enough good things to say about Renee at Bella Manse bakery! She was AMAZING to work with - we met her in beautiful house and sat down and designed the cake with her after the tasting - which was amazing. We ended up choosing a 3 tiered cake (her pumpkin spice with cinnamon whipped filling and her peanut butter and chocolate is to DIE for!) I chose her initally because after visiting 3 bakers, she had the BEST buttercream frosting we had tasted - EVER. But after meeting her, I realized she was more than just an amazing baker. Her professionalism and customer service were incredible. She was very nice to work with, flexible when I needed to change the design of the cake, and even took the time and effort to help me locate a source for champagne grapes to put on our cake even though the season was pretty much over. When I mentioned to her that our caterer had not been able to order the grapes for us (a week before the wedding), she immediately called her grocery store produce buyer and ordered some for us. They looked beautiful on the cake and she somehow managed to deliver a cake that was EXACTLY what I was picturing in my head even though the design had changed from what we had originally decided on. Hiring Renee was the best thing I could have done for our wedding. My grandmother kept crying everytime she looked at the cake because we used her cake topper (which Renee placed on the cake for us and looked beautiful). I couldn't have been happier with the cake and so many people came up to us or called us and mentioned how tasty the cake was and how delicious the buttercream frosting tasted. I'm looking forward to our 1 year anniversary to we can actually enjoy more of her cake. I think we will definitely be ordering more cakes from Renee in the future (just not wedding cakes!) She's amazing - book her, you won't regret it. Thanks for everything, Renee!!!!!!!!!

Bella Manse-Renee did an awesome job with our wedding cake. We wanted a 3 tier buttercream cake with each layer being a different flavor. At our first meeting I wasn't quite sure what we wanted as the details on the cake. After talking with Renee a few times and coming up with some different sketches, she provided us with the perfect cake for our wedding day. The only issue we had with the cake was that it was an outside wedding and it was humid and raining and the bows that were on the cake ended up melting before we got to cut the cake for our guests. Luck for us the photographer was able to get the pictures before it melted. Overall Renne is great and we are so happy with our choice to use Bella Manse for our wedding cake!

Bella Manse, specifically Renee, is AWESOME!! My husband and I wanted a simple, but elegant wedding cake, and she delivered fabulously!! We described exactly what we wanted, and Renee drew it up right away...best of all, the final product looked just like the sketch!! We went with 3 sunflower "sugar flowers" that were perfect in every way! To top it all off, the flavors we chose tasted amazing!! All of our guests were 100% pleased, as were we! I would recommend Bella Manse, artful wedding cakes to anyone!!

Renee is a cake expert. They are beautiful and delicious. We have used Bella manse numerous times and will continue to do so in the future!

Renee is AWESOME! We knew exactly what we wanted, we even had a picture. The cake that we arrived to at the reception was PERFECT. She really nailed it, and it was alo very tasty! Highly Recommend!

Renee of Bella Manse did the most outstanding job on my wedding cakes. She is highly professional in her business and extremely talented with her work. Renee is very personably and fun to work with. She is very creative and able to do traditional cakes, as well as, the unconventional. She made me three completely different cakes that all complimented each other perfectly. They looked amazing and perfect to the point that people wanted to know if they were real. In some cases you would assume that the taste wouldn't be there, but they were the most delicious cakes and fillings! They were moist and the the flavors were great. All my cakes were fondant and even that was good. The pricing is also a winner. I got a lot extra bang for my buck! I recommend Bella Manse to everyone!

We met with Renee of Bella Manse. She was referred to us by our wedding planner. I cannot say enough good things about her. On our first meeting we were presented with maybe 4 cakes to taste. They were preselected and every single one of them was delicious. We loved them, but wanted to try some other flavors. At that first meeting we brought some pictures of cakes we liked. Renee asked us our colors and flowers. She asked what styles we liked the best. After looking at the pictures we brought Renee drew our cake. She sat there and sketched out the most beautiful cake. She knew exactly what we wanted. We tried a few more cakes from Renee and agreed on the Pink Champagne. It was delicious- a moist pink cake with filling that tastes like pudding but way better. Our guests loved it. Renee was incredibly easy to work with. She bakes the most delicious cakes and they’re affordable too!

All we can say is "WOW!" Renee from Bella Manse did an exceptional job of creating the cake for our Old Hollywood Wedding. The amount of detail was breathtaking and all we kept hearing all night long was, "who made that cake? It is wonderful!" She really went the extra mile to create very unique layers as well as the stands that separated our layers. We were so impressed and would recommend her service to anyone. P.S.- The Red Velvet layer with cream cheese filling and buttercream icing was the hit of the evening. Thanks again Renee for a job well done!!!

Renee did an amazing job on our wedding cake!! I met with maybe different vendors and her cakes not only look incredible but it will be the best cake you have ever tasted! I had many of my wedding guests ask for her name so they could order cakes from her! She was wonderful to work with, very flexible and focused on making your wedding cake perfect!!

We LOVED our cake from Renee!! She did exactly what we wanted as far as appearance and even took a special flavor request (strawberry jello cake). The cake was a huge hit and people are still talking about it! We went very different and had a bright teal cake.. she even made our cake topper for us. We provided the monogram and she added to the rest. We have nothing bad to say about our experience with Renee. From the moment we met her we knew she was the one. We went on another tasting after hers but she set the bar so high the other did not even compare! Her prices were a little higher than others; however, IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

The minute my husband and I tasted Renee's cake at our initial consultation, we knew we didn't need to bother keeping the other cake tasting appointments we'd made! Renee was so easy to work with; her cake tastes amazing, no matter what flavor; and out of all of our planning, the cake was by far the easiest. In addition to that, my husband loves Star Wars, in particular, Yoda, so he requested a Yoda groom's cake. Renee wasn't sure she could do a 3D version for the number of servings we needed, so he was resigned to a flat, "lying down" version. When he picked the cake up, he was absolutely bowled over to find that Renee had made him a spot-on 3D version of Yoda's head. It was so realistic looking and so very awesome that he's still raving about it. Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful. Renee listened to what we wanted and put her own artistic spin on our thoughts. It was gorgeous and our guests are still telling us how good our cake was!If you want a delicious cake, beautiful designs, professional simple service, use Renee!

Renee was so amazing to work with! We were so impressed that she provided both my husband and I and both of our moms with several samples of her delicious cake free of charge at our initial meeting. There was no question in our minds that we wanted to go with her after tasting her cake! It had that homemade taste but was also the most beautiful wedding cake I've ever seen. We can't wait to have our anniversary cake next year :)

Bella Manse did a fabulous job on our wedding cake, she gave several suggestions for cake decorating ideas and colors to add to my cake vision. The cakes she makes are both beautiful and extremely tasty! The variety of flavors she makes was impressive. She was very accomodating when my fiance could not make it to the tasting and was able to give us samples of 2 types of icings for him to chose from. We chose to get 2 different flavors and icings for our wedding cake to serve our guests and they both were amazing! Our guests loved every bite! I highly recommend Bella Manse for a cake vendor.

Bella Manse was recommended by our venue coordinator, and we were not disappointed! Renee, the owner, was very pleasant to work with. We met with her once to have our tasting and discuss our ideas and our other communications were through e-mail and over the phone. She e-mailed us sketches of her ideas, and she was receptive to incorporating any changes we requested. We ultimately ended up using one of her original sketches but she humored us as we worked through our other ideas. The cake was beautiful, in excellent condition, arrived on time, and the leftovers remained fresh for a few days after our wedding. We heard many guests comment on how much they enjoyed the cake. She also provided an anniversary cake that was packaged separately and ready to freeze. I would recommend Bella Manse with no reservations!
