Got my dress at Alfred Angelo..Loved my dress and got great service from the girls. Would not recommend getting alterations done there because of it being a bit pricey! Would recommend Karen Chow in Lancaster for alterations! She is amazing and her prices are great!!!

What an incredible experience I had with Alfred Angelo Bridals at the Lancaster, PA salon. Our consultant, Jess, was quite attentative and patient with me. It beat the hell out of David’s Bridal, where I felt like a number in a crowd. Alfred Angelo provided a very personal experience. I am an older bride, so the average dress was not going to be the best for me. We spent 2 hours trying on bridesmaid’s dresses that I planned on getting in the color of champagne. I found a lovely style, purchased my corset and ordered the shawl. The dress arrived in the promised time frame. Alterations were relatively inexpensive. However, the seamstress suggested a bustle on my sweep train. I got it but never did like the way the dress looked when it was bustled, so I never bustled it. We did have a tiny snafu. When the shawl arrived, it was very obvious it was too big on me. The policy is all sales are final. However, the bolero jacket was not available for sale when I ordered the shawl. Management was wonderful. They credited me the cost of the shawl and I ordered my bolero. I can’t speak highly of this particular AA salon. The customer service was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend buying a dress here. I strongly suggest when you make your appointment to ask if the styles you would like to try on are available in samples close to your size. If they don’t have them, they make every effort to get them in. Bravo AA. I loved saying yes to my dress at the Lancaster, Pennsylvania store!

When I first went shopping for a dress I didn't have an appointment but they took me right away. I ended up getting a dress that was on clearance for a great price.. I feel like I received the same service that anyone would have had I purchased a more expensive gown.. Alterations were done very well... Just wish that the store was a lot bigger and that they would have more than one person working in alterations.

I got my dress at alfred angelo, they are very reasonable priced and their dresses are a style that I love. I had a hard time picking just one! I had picked out one I liked in the catalog and when I walked into the store I saw it right away. I could not wait to try it on. It was ball gown in white but had pool blue detailing on it. It was so beautiful and I recieved a compliment from everyone about how beautiful it was and I didnt even spend that much on it. Would def use them again for any formal dress needs I have. The sales ladies who helped me were wonderful as well.

They didn't have much of a selection, but they had the dress I wanted as well as good bridesmaid selection. It would help if they stocked more colors in the store.

I loved my dress! The customer service I got at Alfred Angelo overall was good, a few of my bridesmaids had trouble with theirs though and that turned me off to the company a little bit. The workers at Alfred Angelo measured two of my bridesmaids wrong and they got the wrong size in their dresses at first, but luckily Alfred Angelo was able to fix it and get them the right sizes by our wedding date. Otherwise everything went well.

Loved the wedding dress!

I loved my dress and my inital experience was nice. When I went back for my initial fitting, they left my dress in a dressing room and forgot to tell me it was ready to try on...so half an hour later, I went in, no one was really around to help me with my lace up back, so I was a little frustrated. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience with them.

My dress itself was beautiful, fit like a dream, and never needed alterations. My mother's gown was also beautiful. If you know exactly what you need, you'll be fine. Whatever you do, don't get your alterations there, if the bustle event was any indication of how ridiculously overpriced they are. We decided to participate in the "bustle event". The "bustle pro" was late, unprofessional, and had the gall to charge 97 dollars for 3 pin's worth of "bustle." Needless to say, we had the bustle unpinned, and did it ourselves. Apparently, also, if you don't get your alterations there, you don't get a dress-bag. You get a clear plastic dry-cleaner's style bag to store your dress in.

I got both my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. Three out of five bridesmaid dresses needed taken in quite a bit. One was partly due to weight loss, but I am fairly certain that incorrect sizes were ordered for the other two. Overall, everything worked out well and I was very pleased with the dresses. My wedding dress we beautiful and the alterations were done quickly and seamlessly.

Such a disappointment!!! We drove 1 1/2 hours to get to this vendor from my aunts house. The sales representative was not at all nice and seemed annoyed that we were there. She couldn't have wanted to rush us out more. Then she pushed this clearance dress and pretty much scared me into buying it by telling me I wouldn't find it again and a bunch of other things...and they had plenty when I went to another store. The dresses were gorgeous but I would recommend you get an even better price at David's Bridal where the customer service is simply incredible. For such a great brand, this is a huge disappointment!!!

I got my dress off of the clearance rack and found that the were very helpful to find the look I wanted. They also offered to fix some of the flaws in the clearance dress.

I LOVED MY DRESS AND THE PRICE ALL MY GIRLS GOT A DISCOUNT BECUASE I BOUGHT MY DRESS THERE TOO WHICH WAS GREAT THE DRESS SELECTOIN WAS GREAT TOO HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT THE BEST PRICED FOR ALTERATIONS AND STEAMING OF THE DRESS AS LONG AS U KNOW SOMEONE ELSE THAT CAN DO THOSE TWO THINGS I RECOMMEND THEM THEY WERE MORE THEN TIMLEY AND VERY HELPFUL

I looked at some many places for dresses and Alfred Angelo was the best fit for me and all my girls.

Alfred Angelo has a wonderful variety of wedding dresses to choose from. My dress was absolutely beautiful and I received many compliments on it.
