A Special Occasion Limousine Service

The driver was excellent and the limo was clean. He was on time and drived very responsibily. He was attentive and assisted me (the bride) into and out of the limo to ensure that my dress did not get messed up and was fully inside before the doors were shut. He had a great sense of humor.

The driver came on time and the Limo was clean. We were running 30 minutes late and his attitude with us was very poor. The service was sub standard. It was my wedding and while I was getting ready to get married. He asked one my Bride's maids to go get me so he could talk to me about overages. It is not something you do when someone is about to get married. I have no problem paying for overages. I understand we were running late. I won't hire this company again. The office didn't even call me to let me know they were charging my card additional. They should have called to let me know.

We didn't take a limo to our venue, but rather used one as transportation for ourselves, our wedding party, and a few honored guests back to our hotel following the reception. The driver arrived not just right on time, but actually slightly early. We got a white stretch Lincoln Towncar, which was immaculately clean both inside and out. After rushing around to say goodbye to guests and make sure we had everything we wanted to take with us, we ended up being fifteen minutes late. We apologized to the driver and offered to pay extra but he just laughed and said that wouldn't be necessary. He was very professional yet still friendly the whole time, despite the fact that one of our guests had had a little too much to drink and insisted on keeping the partition down so he could talk to the driver from time to time. I know that if I were chauffeuring people around at 12:30AM, I would not have been entertained, but he seemed in extremely good spirits. Overall, though we were hesitant to reserve with this vendor after reading a couple of the reviews, we were very glad we did in the end.

Our limo showed up right on time, and of course us girls were running late. He did not mind, and he even stopped at the store for us on the way down for some bubbly! Very professional and nice!

I got a quote online for a black stretch towncar which when I called he seemed reluctant to honor, but did finally decide to do so. I booked the black limo and paid in full over the phone. About a month later he calls me and tells me that opps they made a mistake and they don't have black limo they only have a white one available, so I say ok that is fine. Then 2 weeks before the wedding he calls me and overs me a stretch Navigator in black for the same price because they have another job in the area! So I went with that. I was happy with the car, it was beautiful and the driver was decent. There was an empty can of miller light in the back of the limo though so it evidently wasn't cleaned very thoroughly after the last people!
