Antique Auto Museum at Hershey

The Museum is a truly unique experience. Most wedding receptions start with a cocktail reception in our Main Gallery. While you are at the ceremony site still smiling for your photos, your guests are mixing and mingling in our Main Gallery. You would never expect to find this in a hotel ball room! We set bars and food stations in Miami South Beach and the Rocky Mountains and cocktail tables through out. Once your party arrives at the Museum, we invite your guests to another part of the Museum for your dinner and dance. This makes for a wonderful and unforgettable evening. The Museum offers a unique and entertaining venue for your reception from start to finish. Your rental fee includes all of the following…•On-site event coordinator.•Staffing approximated to the amount of guests.•Full Museum access.•Tables and chairs.•Event set-up and tear down.•Cleaning after event.•Security.•Greeter.•Museum sound system. Music provided by your group, Museum collection or Sirius Satellite Radio.•Portable bars.•Use of our 1950’s drive-in movie theater. Bring your own DVD to show during your cocktail reception.Not included are items typically provided by contracted caterers. For example, food, beverages, bartender, linens and stem wear. Our list of preferred caterers are posted on our web page, however this list is only our preferred list, you may use anyone who caterers here in our area. We are a public Museum and we DO NOT SELL Alcohol. You may bring your own and use our bars and coolers. This could literally save you thousands of dollars on alcohol by bringing your own. Please keep this in mind when calculating your costs. Please note that all events begin at 5:30pm and must end by 11pm. All alcohol service must be provided by a TIPS trained bartender contracted by your caterer. Bar service must be concluded 1 hour prior the conclusion of your event, no later than 10 pm.Again, thank you for your interest in our Museum!
